This peaceful, grounding session is designed to help you cultivate presence and calm. We begin with breath work to centre and settle, then move into slow, mindful movement that gently build strength and flexibility.
Each class closes with deep rest - through yoga nidra, guided relaxation, or meditation - to help you reset and reconnect. A soothing practice for body and mind, open to all levels.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centred, and ready to meet your day with steadiness and ease.

Friday Yoga - Mindful Morning - February Bookings
You'll need a yoga mat for these classes as well as a blanket for Savasana.
If you do have access to your own bolster/props then please feel free to bring them along.
