An incredibly relaxing guided nervous system reset that will help you move out of stress response, restoring balance for your mind, body, and emotions, while creating greater resilience in coping with difficult or stressful situations.

  • Stimulate the vagus nerve, shifting your body into its parasympathetic “rest & digest” mode — slowing heart rate, softening muscles, and calming the mind.

  • Boost heart-rate variability (HRV), improving your resilience and your ability to switch from stress to calm.

  • Lower stress hormones and support brain and body repair, helping your system recover from everyday tension.

  • Shift brain waves toward restorative states, promoting clarity, mental rest, and emotional balance.

What to Expect:

You’ll arrive in a warm, cozy space.

20 Minutes of Breathwork

Slow, intentional breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system (“rest & digest”), calms the heart, eases muscle tension, and settles the mind.

20 Minutes of Gentle Stretching & Mobilising

Mindful, gentle movements ease tight areas, improve circulation, and prepare your body for deep relaxation.

20 Minutes of Deep Relaxation (Yoga Nidra + Sound Therapy)

Guided Yoga Nidra and sound therapy shift brain waves into restorative states, reduce stress hormones, and allow your nervous system to fully reset, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and renewed.

After the Session

You’ll leave feeling lighter in your body, quieter in your mind, and supported in your nervous system. Many people notice improved clarity, reduced tension, and a lasting sense of ease.

By the end of the hour, your nervous system will be down-regulated, your brain and body in restorative calm, and you’ll leave feeling physically softened and mentally reset.
