Wellbeing Coaching 

Wellbeing coaching is a holistic, supportive approach to that helps you create greater balance, fulfillment, and sustainable habits across all areas of life. It’s similar to life coaching, but with a deeper focus on your overall health, emotional balance, energy, and long-term wellbeing.

 

Through guided self-awareness, mindset shifts, and tailored support, wellbeing coaching addresses more than just physical health. It integrates emotional, mental, and lifestyle factors like stress management, self-care, and mindfulness.

This process is ideal for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to improve their quality of life. With ongoing support and accountability, well-being coaching helps you take meaningful steps toward living in alignment with your values and creating a life you truly enjoy.

Wellbeing Coaching requires commitment to a minimum of 6 sessions. These are usually offered on a weekly or fortnightly basis and cost £95 each, with a 10% discount available for block booking.

I simply cannot recommend working with Rosie highly enough.  I know the word "holistic" gets a lot of air-time these days but therapy with Rosie is genuinely holistic.  The mind, the body and your often neglected inner self all get explored in a safe, patient, intuitive and profoundly caring way.  Deep-rooted embodied pain/trauma/fears/"stuff" is given time to be expressed and explored at a very natural pace.
