yoga isn’t an exercise class.
The yoga poses are combined with breath, relaxation and meditation to help energy flow through the body, to calm the mind and bring you into the present moment.
Each of my classes are designed to work with the energies of the day, season and natural cycles around us, so every practice will feel a little different.
Whether you join me for a flowing practice or a deeply restful healing session, all of my classes are designed to nurture peace, health, and wellbeing for mind, body and soul.
Finding The Right Class
My teaching style is accessible and down-to-earth, offering friendly, welcoming classes for everyday people. You can explore the different styles and levels of classes I offer below.
If you’re new to Mind Body Soul Wellbeing, you can book a trial yoga class below to reserve your space. The trial is valid for any class, on any day.

Newbie Trial Yoga Class
Any Day, Valid For All Classes
(Except the Healing Hour)
Book a trial yoga class to experience its benefits firsthand. Yoga reduces stress, improves flexibility, boosts mood, and enhances mental clarity while promoting inner peace. It's a perfect way to care for your mind, body and soul.
Ground & Flow Yoga:
Tuesdays, 9:15am
The Park Hub,
This yoga class offers a lovely balance of vitality, mindfulness, and relaxation. With both grounded, slower movement and breath-connected flowing movement, it helps you build strength, flexibility, and confidence, while also cultivating inner calm. My empowering teaching style helps ensure it’s suitable for all levels, leaving you feeling centred, steady, and ready to embrace your day ahead.
The Healing Hour:
1st & 3rd Wednesdays, 7pm
An incredibly relaxing guided nervous system reset that will help you move out of stress response, restoring balance for your mind, body, and emotions, while creating greater resilience in coping with difficult or stressful situations.
Mindful Morning Yoga:
Fridays, 10am
This slightly longer, peaceful, and grounding session is designed to help you cultivate presence and calm. We begin with breath work to centre and settle, then into mindful movement to build strength and flexibility. Each class closes with deep rest - through yoga nidra, guided relaxation, or meditation - to help you reset and reconnect. A soothing practice for body and mind, open to all levels.
Mixed Ability Yoga:
Saturdays, 9:15am
This inclusive class welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. You’ll have the opportunity to explore postures at your own pace, with options to either deepen or simplify each movement.

Private tuition is not only a wonderful way to deepen your practice, no matter your level of experience, it’s also really helpful if you’re feeling more nervous about joining a class.
Each session is designed to meet your individual needs and help you focus on your yoga / wellbeing goals.
From postures to breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation, everything is tailored to suit you.

Monthly Bookings

Once you’ve chosen the class that suits you best, you commit with a monthly booking so I can hold your space.
Your monthly booking gives you the flexibility to make up missed sessions by attending another class, or switch between classes when needed.
It also includes the benefit of adding extra sessions and dropping into other classes - just use the Newbie Trial Yoga product to book.
Over 65s
All clients 65+ are warmly welcomed with a discount code.
You can find it in the booking descriptions for the products and simply need to put the code in at checkout to receive your discounted price.
