Each of my classes offers a welcoming and supportive space to step away from the busyness of life and find wellbeing. The practices are intuitively designed to meet the natural rhythms and energy of the day, meaning the intensity can vary from day to day.
Whilst yoga does build strength and flexibility, it isn’t exercise — it’s a practice of inner awareness; a work-in, rather than a work-out. So, whether you’re enjoying a dynamic flow or gentle restoration, you'll find yoga that nurtures your mind, body, and soul through breath and mindful movement.

My teaching style is accessible and down-to-earth, offering friendly, welcoming classes for real, everyday people. You can explore the different styles and levels of classes I offer below.

Newbie Trial Yoga Class

Book a trial yoga class to experience its benefits firsthand. Yoga reduces stress, improves flexibility, boosts mood, and enhances mental clarity while promoting inner peace. It's a perfect way to care for your mind, body and soul.
Ground & Flow Yoga:
Tuesdays, 9:15am
The Park Hub,
This dynamic yet accessible yoga class offers a perfect balance of vitality and mindfulness. Through grounding movements and intentional breathwork, we’ll build resilience, confidence, and inner calm. My empowering teaching style ensures it’s suitable for all levels, with a focus on alignment and flow. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and centered—ready to embrace your day with clarity and ease.
The Healing Hour:
1st & 3rd Wednesdays, 7pm
An incredibly relaxing guided nervous system reset that will help you move out of stress response, restoring balance for your mind, body, and emotions, while creating greater resilience in coping with difficult or stressful situations.
Mindful Morning Yoga:
Fridays, 10am
This peaceful, grounding session is designed to help you cultivate presence and calm. We begin with breath work to centre and settle, then move into slow, mindful movement that gently build strength and flexibility. Each class closes with deep rest - through yoga nidra, guided relaxation, or meditation - to help you reset and reconnect. A soothing practice for body and mind, open to all levels.
Mixed Ability Yoga:
Saturdays, 9:15am
This inclusive class welcomes everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. You’ll have the opportunity to explore postures at your own pace, with options to either deepen or simplify each movement. For those new to yoga, a one-on-one session or gentle class might be a helpful starting point.

Private tuition is a wonderful way to deepen your practice, no matter your level of experience. Each session is thoughtfully designed to meet your individual needs, with a focus on creating a practice that feels accessible and memorable. From postures to breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation, everything is tailored to suit you. My goal is to inspire you to connect with a practice that resonates deeply, empowering you to weave it naturally into your daily life.

Monthly Bookings
(after your first trial class)
Once you’ve tried a class, you can continue with a monthly booking. This gives you the flexibility to make up missed classes by attending another session, switch between classes if you know you can’t attend, and even add extra classes easily using the Newbie Trial Yoga product.
Over 65s
All clients 65+ are warmly welcomed with a discount code. You can find it in the booking descriptions for the products and simply need to put the code in at checkout to receive your discounted price.
