
What Should I Expect?
Swan method therapy focuses on identifying and releasing the blocks that have been holding you back, helping you create meaningful change without overwhelm.
The Swan Method is my own unique therapy that brings together all of the wisdom I've gained through my healing journey with the tools and techniques from my experience as a counsellor, yoga teacher and wellbeing coach.

Sessions are offered on a weekly or fortnightly basis and cost £80 per session, with a 5% discount available for block booking.

The First Session
Session 1 is dedicated to understanding your personal healing goals and uncovering areas where you feel most stuck. We’ll spend much of this session talking, allowing me to tune into your unique needs. By the end, I’ll guide you through a tailored relaxation, breathing exercise, or meditation, and provide you with simple ‘homework’ to continue your progress between sessions.
Over the following sessions, we’ll use a variety of techniques to align your body, mind, and unconscious mind. However, the real power of this work lies in the healing space we create together and the loving relationship I will help you build with yourself.
A Holistic Approach
Throughout our sessions, I’ll pay close attention not only to your words but also to what remains unsaid—your emotions, suppressed feelings, body sensations, breath patterns, and even how you speak to yourself. Many of us carry a harsh inner critic, which can hold us back in ways we don’t even realise. Gently and compassionately, we’ll bring these hidden barriers into your awareness so they can be released.

As with all my therapeutic work, I treat everything you share with the utmost respect and confidentiality. This is a safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace, supported by compassion and care.
