A SUPPORTIVE PATH TO WELLBEING

From the first signs of pain and fatigue in my teens, through my diagnosis in 2014, I spent years exploring countless therapies in search of my own healing - you can read more about my journey in the 'About Me' page,

 

Now, as Wellbeing Expert, I help guide and support people with chronic illness back to health. I am also the community yoga hub teacher for Chrysalis Effect (a specialist organisation for Fibro/ME/CFS).

I offer 3 different options for support, depending on your current situation (physically and financially). You can find out more about these below.

Option 1: NERVOUS SYSTEM PROGRAMME

The first option is to undertake my online nervous system course - this course was designed for people with chronic health problems in mind. It offers a soothing, gentle, starting point and can be self-paced.

 

The beauty of this course is that it fully understands how hard it is for people with chronic health problems and will regulate the nervous system, so it begins to start working to support you once more.

Research has shown over and over that anyone struggling with Fibro/ME/CFS is going to have an imbalanced nervous system.

 

You’ll learn:

 * Practical regulation techniques and how to ground and soothe your body.

 * Gentle breathwork and movement practices to soothe your system.

* How stress, emotions, and lifestyle influence your body, pain, and fatigue and what you can do to calm flare ups.

 

The course will ease you into healing and help you gain understanding of the wisdom behind your body’s messages.

Option 2: SWAN METHOD THERAPY

 

This option offers therapeutic support across six sessions alongside access to the Nervous System Programme. The Swan Method is my own unique therapy — integrating counselling, coaching, therapeutic yoga, and general wellbeing expertise. You'll learn:

  • Understand how your nervous system drives pain and fatigue.

  • Identify your personal triggers and patterns.

  • Develop personalised practical tools to regulate your system and navigate flare‑ups.

  • Build confidence, intuition, hope and trust to live a life that helps you heal.

 

You can continue this work with additional blocks of six sessions to deepen your progress and strengthen lasting change.

SIX-PHASE SUPPORT PATHWAY

For those ready to commit to deeper, long-term support, I will work as your lead specialist practitioner guiding you through the Chrysalis Effect's pathway — this is a much more structured programme developed by experts and personalised to your unique needs. This option provides a deep level of support that asks clients to commit to at least 6–9 months.

 

On this journey you'll receive:

  • Monthly one‑to‑one sessions from myself — providing personalised support designed around your health profile and goals.

  • Full access to online programme content and wellbeing tools — including educational resources, guided practices and recovery support materials.

  • Phase‑by‑phase guidance — I will help you to identify where you are on your wellness journey according to the support pathway model, adapting to your pace as you work through what emerges for you.

  • Reliable referrals to other practitioners if needed (such as nutrition and diet) with myself acting as lead practitioner liaising closely to ensure you have the right support for every layer of your healing.
