You'll find my website offers all of the tools I wish I'd had available to help me through my own healing journey. So, whether you come for support of mind, body or soul - each therapy I offer has been tried and tested and is backed by over 15 years of experience working in the wellness industry.
My six different approaches to wellbeing are set out below, but if you are unsure where to start, I recommend the Nervous System Rewiring Programme since dysregulation sits beneath most longer-term health and wellbeing problems. The NSR programme will reset your stress response guiding your body and mind back into calm, balance and regulation.

Each of my classes is designed to be a welcoming and healing sanctuary, offering a supportive space where you can release stress and restore your energy. I blend various yoga styles, and my teaching is guided by intuition, tapping into the unique energy of each day.
Most classes are suitable for all levels, from new through to experienced yogis.

The Swan Method Therapy
This is my own unique therapy — created from a blend of 15 years’ experience in the wellness industry. The SWAN framework brings together my work as a counsellor, coach, yoga teacher and nervous system specialist and is informed by my own and my client's healing journeys. It is designed to release blocks, restore balance, and support lasting transformation.
